It establishes the share of 15 percent of the total number of places (for each specialty/field of professional training), stipulated in the registration plan with budgetary financing, for:
young people left without parental protection;
young people with a severe or accentuated degree of disability, which allows them to pursue their studies and practice the profession in the chosen specialty;
young people with both parents with a degree of disability;
young people whose parents participated in military actions to defend the integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova, in the war in Afghanistan or in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl damage; military personnel – participants in post-conflict military operations of a humanitarian nature in Iraq;
young people from families with four and more dependent children;
graduates from the administrative-territorial units from the left bank of the Dniester and from municipality Bender, who studied according to the educational programs approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova;
young people from Roma families;
young people who performed military service in term, within the armed forces of the Republic of Moldova.
