ADMISSION NOTICE AT ASEM DOCTORAL SCHOOL, 2021
In ASEM, doctoral studies are carried out with funding from the budget (based on the grant obtained) and on a contract basis; in full-time education (3 years) and part-time education (4 years).
The admission contest is attended by holders of a master’s or higher education diploma (issued according to the pre-Bologna programs), with a general average of not less than 8.0 and a grade in the specialized examination not less than 9. The recognition of study documents carried out in countries other than the Republic of Moldova is the competence of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
Doctoral programs:
- Theory and economic policies;
- World economy and REI;
- Economics and management;
- Marketing and logistics;
- Finance;
- Accounting and auditing;
- Economic statistics;
- Information systems;
- Economic and social geography.
Contract-based tuition fee:
- for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and Romania 12,800 lei annually.
- for foreign citizens the fee is double.
Application file: For doctoral registration, the candidate submits the application file for the competition, as follows:
- Registration form.
- Study documents (bachelor’s and master’s degree), with the supplement to the master’s degree (in original and copy)
- The scientific report on the topic of the chosen specialty (in a volume of 7-10 pages), or the copy of the scientific papers published in the last 5 years (at least 2).
- Recommendations of two specialists with a scientific degree in the field or the extract from the minutes of the master’s school council meeting.
- Curriculum Vitae Europass.
- Copy of the identity card (for foreign citizens the copy of the passport).
- 3 photos 3×4.
- Questionnaire of the candidate for doctoral higher education
- Affidavit that he has not previously benefited from a budget place
- Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data.
Documents 1, 8, 9, 10 are completed at the Doctoral School. After the completion of the registration period, the scientific specialty and the form of education cannot be changed!
For all activities related to admission, the physical presence of the candidate is compulsory.
Admission tests: Admission to doctorate studies is performed on the basis of the following tests:
- Linguistic competence in an international language, assessed with the rating admitted or rejected.
- The specialty examination in the form of supporting the scientific report in front of the potential doctoral supervisor, appreciated with a mark.
