The Procurement study programme aims to train procurement specialists for the local and international business environment.
At the enterprise level, it is the procurement specialist who is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of various activities such as the acquisition of economic resources; the shaping and improvement of organisational structures in the field of procurement and supply; the planning of procurement and supply activities; the development of the information system; the management of human resources; the negotiation of public and private procurement procedures; the ensuring of procurement procedures under the legislation in force; the drawing up of public and private procurement documents.
Graduates of the program can be employed in economic entities and organisations in various branches of the national economy and are prepared to occupy managerial positions, both at the level of economic agents with different forms of ownership (state, private or joint) and the national level.
Graduates can continue their studies at Cycle II of higher education – the Master’s programme.
