The Human Resources Management study program has as its objective the training of specialists for the efficient administration of various activities specific to human resources management, namely: drafting and implementation of human resources strategies and policies, analysis and evaluation of job positions, recruitment of human resources, remuneration of employees, etc.
The graduates of the programme can be employed in various public institutions, such as private or public enterprises from different branches of the national economy; institutions of central and local public administration; scientific research institutes; associations and public institutions.
