General description of the field

The Business and Administration field aims to train experts to conduct activities related to successful business management, initiation, and administration, as well as managing various departments in organisations.

At the level of the economic unit, the specialist in the field of Business and Administration is to ensure the smooth performance of all activities, namely: securing economic resources, production/provision of services; sales; shaping and improving the company’s organizational structure, planning the economic activity; human resources management, and information system development.
